What is 4 Wires Villa Video Intercom System? It is a video intercom system connected by 4 wires, a door entry system suitable for single house, villa or even small office, widely used in the United States and the European countries.
How many Indoor Monitors and Outdoor Stations can be connected in this system ? Maximum 2 outdoor stations and 4 indoor monitors.
What’s the basic function of the system? Talking, monitoring, transferring, unlocking; and capture & video recording for option.

What is 3rd Generation IP Video Door Phone System? It is a new generation of wireless door phone system that has all the door phone functions on both the internet and the local network through WiFi/4G based on new generation information network platform on Cloud. The Cloud platform covering global users, the products connect to the Cloud platform for users to access via App. The system adopted P2P protocol and local servers, via WiFi wireless connection or RJ45 wired connection to achieve the door phone functions. We have 3 family members, can each of us having the video intercom function on our own mobile phone? Yes, totally 4pcs mobile phone can be used as users, but only one of them is the Master Account, others are the Sub Account. The difference between the Master Account and the Sub Account is that the functions of motion defection, SD card storage settings, firmware updates and synchronization time, can be operated on the Master Account but are not available on the Sub Account.
Is this a DIY products? Can I just install it then start to use it? Yes, it is DIY products. Before the installation you should connect all the products and finish the configuration first, when you confirm all the products work well, then to install them.
Can I set an access password to my friend to open the door when I’m not at home? Yes, you can, please choose the right model, our staff will give you direction.
In our country people use the PoE switch to connect all devices, can you make this system as PoE version? Yes, we have the PoE version already, the devices powered by the PoE switch, no need extra power supplies, please take a look at below diagram for your reference.

How does the system work? 1. The IP Outdoor station connect to the router via Cat5 cable to connect to the internet.
2. The IP Monitor connect to the router of the resident’s apartment to connect to the internet via WiFi or Cat5 cable connection.
3 . In the cloud, the IP Outdoor and the IP Monitor are to be bounded together.
What devices need to be connected to the IP Outdoor ? The router, lock, exit button, and power.
Does the system support PoE power supply? The IP Outdoor do not support PoE power supply, but the IP Monitor can be with PoE power supply.
Can the system work without internet ? Yes! The IP Outdoor and the IP Monitor work well in LAN.

What is the CAT5 one cable building System? Cat5 one cable building system is a building type video intercom system that only uses CAT5 cables to connect the entire system with analog transmission. The system is very stable and fully functional , and is favored by the global markets.
What is the BUS Connection？ All devices and accessories are connected to the central devices using CAT5 cables, which are then connected from the bottom to the roof through these central devices. What is Stand-alone Access Control? Stand-alone access control is a non network type of access control that uses card insertion or induction to read information. Each door lock is independent, with a single door access control and each access control host controlling one door. It does not require re-installation of wiring, and card issuance, card deletion, and other operations can be achieved through the built-in keyboard or mother card. Anyone without computer knowledge can install it!
